Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you an exchange.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. You may not return an item if it's the wrong size. We have provided an accurate Size Chart for you to use prior to your purchase.
To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be sent back clean and in the same condition that you received it and ensure it is packaged well. Please include your full name, address and date of purchase, printed or written legibly on a piece of paper within your shipping package. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at email@example.com and we can get back to you with the details.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
When shipping back items, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Only regular priced items may be exchanged, unfortunately sale items cannot be returned.
